Step/Step & Sculpt
A cardiovascular workout for all levels using mixed intensity step routines. A great calorie burner!
Yogalities
The Best of both worlds is finally combined! Pi Yo is a combination of Pilates, which is used to strength your core, elongate muscles, and provide more overall strength, and Yoga is a mentally and physically challenging exercise. The class is perfect for those at all fitness levels.
Kickboxing
Jab cross, kick and YELL! These classes are designed to work your total body while relieving stress.
Step & Strength
(30/30) 30 minutes of cardio step workout followed by 30 minutes of strength training exercises. All levels welcome.
Power Pump
The best exercises from the weight room! Class adds intervals of basic cardio, and then turns up the music to give you a total body workout.
Body Sculpting
Uses Isometric movements to shape the body. Body sculpting is a workout promoting three areas: flexibility, endurance, and maximum strength.
Circuit Training & Functional Strength
All around good workout including but not limited to: Squat-Thrust, Slow push-ups, Walking Lunges, Jumping-jacks, Side lunges with Windmill Arms, Mountain Climbers, and much, much, more. Great for beginners all the way through advanced. Everyone will be pushed!
