All spectators will be charged a gate fee to enter the facility. |

No outside food or drink can be brought into the facility. |

No Sunflower Seeds allowed inside the facility. |

Children under the age of 13 years old are not allowed to be in the facility without parent or guardian supervision. |

"Open Gym" basketballs are only available to SportZone Fitness Members and only during "open gym" hours. Open Gym basketballs can be checked out at the front desk and require member to leave their driver's license at the front desk while using the basketball. |
|
The SportZone is not responsible for lost or stolen items. This applies to anywhere inside or outside the facility. |
|
Lockers are for temporary use only while at the facility (this includes Fitness Members). No locks or personal items are to be left behind once the building is exited. |
|
No metal cleats of any kind allowed inside the facility. |
|
Foul language and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. |
|
The SportZone reserves the right to escort/expel any person(s) in violation of, but not limited to, the above stated rules. |

| Team Registration Fees & Scheduling Policies |

|
A deposit of $100 non-refundable is required to secure a spot and be placed on a league or tournament schedule. You may register in multiple ways: over the phone with a credit card, fill out registration form and mail in with a check, on-line, etc., but in any case a $100 non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure the spot and be placed on the schedule. |
|
Those teams that do not pay in full when they register including the $50 No-Show Fee (No-Show Fee is explained later in this document) must have a team representative credit card on file at The SportZone. |
|
For leagues, at least 50% of the team registration fee must be paid before the start of the team's 1st game. The balance of the team registration fee must be paid in full before the start of the team's 2nd game. If at that time a balance is still due, the balance will be run on the team representative's credit card on file. |
|
For tournaments, the balance of the team registration fee must be paid in full before the start of the team's 1st game. If at that time a balance is still due, the balance will be run on the team representative's credit card on file. |

Any and all special schedule requests must be made in writing on the registration form OR via e-mail directly to Judy Grubbs at ggrubbs2@indy.rr.com. Once the league or tournament schedule has been distributed to the teams, no schedule adjustment requests will be honored. Note: SportZone will do everything possible to deal with special requests, but due to league size, field availability, etc., it is not possible to guarantee all requests will be honored. All communications to The SportZone on the above must be made directly to Judy Grubbs via e-mail at ggrubbs2@indy.rr.com OR written on the team registration form. Telling another SportZone staff member verbally, by phone, or by e-mail will not suffice. No exceptions. |

Once the league or tournament schedule has been distributed to the teams, all teams are responsible for the balance of the team registration fee. In other words, if a team drops out of the league or tournament after the schedule has been distributed to the teams, said team will still be responsible for the balance of their team registration fee and if prompt payment cannot be obtained, the balance will be run on the team representative's credit card on file. |

A team coach/captain/representative is responsible for collecting money from individual players and providing payment to The SportZone. |
|

If a team cannot field a team for a particular league game, the team representative must contact Judy Grubbs at 317-538-7689 or ggrubbs2@indy.rr.com at least 48 hours prior to the game in question. The SportZone will offer one and only one potential re-schedule date/time. If the opposing team does not agree to re-schedule the game at the chosen re-scheduled date/time, the team requesting the re-schedule can do one of the following:
1. Show up and play as originally scheduled.
2. Forfeit the game but show up with less than the minimum number of players for a scrimmage.
3. Forfeit the game and not show up at all.

Whichever of the (3) options the team chooses, the team representative needs to inform The SportZone (Judy Grubbs at 317-538-7689 or ggrubbs2@indy.rr.com) of their choice so that the opposing team can be notified accordingly. |
|
There will be no refunds or any type of compensation for games not played under any of the above scenarios. |
|

Each team that registers for a league in any sport will be required to put down a $50 "No-Show Deposit" OR have a team representative put credit card information on file in the event that the team does not comply with the following points. A team that puts down the $50 No-Show Deposit and does not have any no-shows for the full schedule can either request a refund of their No-Show Deposit after the league season/session is complete OR have the $50 No-Show Deposit carried over to the next league session/season.

Teams giving The SportZone (Judy Grubbs at 317-538-7689 or ggrubbs2@indy.rr.com) at least 48 hours notice that they cannot participate in a particular league game per the "Re-Scheduled Game Requests" section above will need to abide by those rules above and will not be charged a "No-Show Fee". |
|
Teams that do not give The SportZone (Judy Grubbs at 317-538-7689 or ggrubbs2@indy.rr.com) at least 48 hours notice that they cannot participate in a particular game OR simply do not show up for a particular game will be charged a $50 "No-Show Fee". This $50 No-Show Fee will either be taken from the team's $50 No-Show Deposit OR run on the team representatives credit card on file at The SportZone. This $50 will be used to pay the scheduled referee and provide the opposing team with a discount on a future team registration fee as compensation for the missed game. In this case, the game will be considered a forfeit with the no show team losing; the game will not be re-scheduled. Teams that use up their $50 No Show Deposit and do not have a credit card on file at The SportZone must either put down a new $50 No-Show Deposit OR place a credit card on file at The SportZone in order to continue participating in the league. |
