A non-refundable deposit (along with a valid credit card number) or full payment is required to secure a spot in any of our tournament or league sports. |

Registration forms must be filled out in their entirety in order to be accepted and secure a team’s spot. |

We reserve the right to charge this card without notice for the remaining balance as of the second week of the session. |

|
The team is responsible for the bill. Any UNPAID bills could result in player suspensions. |

|
Teams pulling out after schedules are completed are responsible for the total fees. |
|
|
|
No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the facility. Exception: players/fitness members may bring in their own personal water bottles. No coolers allowed. |

|
Smoking is prohibited. |
|
|
|
Spectators are required to pay a gate admission fee for all events. |
|
|
|
"Open Gym" basketball (when available) is ONLY for SportZone Fitness Members.

|
|
Cash refunds are not given. A credit will be given to you for another SportZone service. |

|
|
Children under the age of 13 years are not allowed in the facility without a parent or guardian present. |
|
|
|
The SportZone is not responsible for lost or stolen items. |
|
|
|
Foul language is prohibited. |

|
|
We reserve the right to escort or expel any person or persons from the facility who are in violation of, but not limited to, the above rules.

The SportZone reserves the right to amend its rules and regulations at any time. Changes will be posted throughout the facility and/or communicated via other means.
